Welcome! By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Age and Identification

You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed by us. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment — no exceptions. If we cannot verify your age and identity, we will not tattoo you, and your deposit is forfeited.

2. Health and Honesty

Getting a tattoo is a medical and cosmetic procedure. Before we begin, you agree to honestly disclose any relevant health conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy or nursing, diabetes, heart conditions, bleeding or clotting disorders, skin conditions, allergies, or any medication that affects healing or bleeding. Withholding this information is at your own risk, and we reserve the right to decline service based on what you disclose.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that tattooing carries inherent risks, including temporary or permanent skin reactions, allergic reaction to inks, infection, and variation in the final healed appearance. You accept these risks voluntarily. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Khloya Tattoo Studio LLC and its artists are not liable for any complication that arises from the procedure or from your failure to follow aftercare instructions.

4. Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations

Bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and forfeiture rules are set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Our Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or stop service at any time, including if you are under 18, cannot provide ID, appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behave abusively toward staff or other clients, or request work we are not comfortable performing. We may decline any design request at our discretion.

6. Designs and Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by our artists remain the creative property of the artist and the studio. We may decline to release working files or flash for reproduction elsewhere. Everything on this website — including artwork, photos, logos, and text — belongs to Khloya Tattoo Studio LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Photography and Social Media

We may photograph or film your tattoo and the process for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you do not want your tattoo shared, tell your artist before your appointment and we'll honor it. We will not tag or identify you without your okay.

8. Conduct

Please arrive on time, sober, and reasonably rested and fed. Guests may be limited for space and safety reasons. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will end your appointment without refund.

9. Website Use

This website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made based on website content alone. Booking is only confirmed once we've confirmed it directly and received your deposit.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use our services means you accept the current version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth/State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in PA.
